nutritional benefits

Angels Meal Kuli-kuli contains all the nutritional benefits of peanuts, but with 50% less fat.

Kuli-kuli is traditionally an Hausa snack that is primarily made from dry roasted peanuts, ground into a semi-paste, then mixed with spices and deep fried in groundnut oil.

Kuli-kuli has become a popular snack in West Africa. It’s often eaten alone or with a mixture of Garri, and can also be eaten with Koko, Fura and Akamu.

It is often crushed and used as a major ingredient for spiced meats such as Suya and Kilishi.
